Doctors at this clinic are more worried about billing medicare for their 4 patients per hour than…read morethey are of the care they provide their patients. The ask for medical history and prescription you are taking, then question why you are on these prescriptions, and when you start to explain they say to shut up as it is eating into their 15 minutes per patient (Doctors are paid per visit, not salaried or by the hour). These doctors only care about getting 4 patients per hour payments than they care about the actual patients. If you have any medical history, and no family doctor, I would recommend going to the hospital ER instead of these clinics. The ER doctors appear to care more about the patient's well being than the doctors at this client. The clinic uses paper records (and rarely updates or pulls your file), and has no access to the online medical records. If they had access, the would be able to see your medical history easily. But again, they don't want to see patients that need follow ups (i.e. BP treatments, Cholesterol Tests, PSA testing, etc). If your issue can't be solved in the 15 minute window, you may as well just let yourself die.

B. Whilst in emergency was asked by a French Canadian female surgeon what's wrong, my reply was I don't know the rightside of my stomach is killing me!!! Upon inspection found out I need my gallbladder removed, so into surgery come out everything was good until the next day so here,s where it gets worse!! I couldn't stop bleeding profusely out of my stomach when being drained plus the excruciating pain!!! Wednesday evening I am now about to die my blood pressure drops to 60 over 40 and everyone is saying he's gray and code red now into surgery again I go for the 2nd time in 24 hrs and a male surgeon now with the original female surgeon watching to see what she did wrong!!! Or what this stupid bitch next day had the odasity to say to me when doing the first surgery I left a vein in your stomach exposed and didn't know what was doing there plus they installed a breathing tube down my throut that twisted in my abdomen then removed it tairing my esophagus apart, 6 days later medication up the ying yang i am back home in Nova Scotia. Bye the way the nurses are great and so is the male surgeon. Moral of story is if you are going to operated on at this hospital do yourself a favor please don't let the resident female french surgeon do the surgery she has no clue what the hell she is doing and that's being nice about it!!!

When a nurse finally came to see me she asked how long I've been in pain. She was skinny, about 5'4" and had a mild English accent. I told her how I've been in pain for 4 month but it's gotten much worse the last couple of days. She then starts lecturing me on how I should've seen a family doctor ages ago and I'm "clogging up her emergency room!" I didn't say a word, I grabbed my things and stormed out, I didn't make a scene but I should have. What kind of thing is that for a nurse to say. I was in pain and frankly downright terrified of what might be wrong with me and she says that? That woman works in the easiest Hospital in the province, if she thinks it's "clogged" there she should go work in Kentville for a year. Someone with her attitude doesn't deserve to be a nurse, she should be cleaning toilets.
