AVOID They called me…read morejust before my appointment (two needed extractions) and stated they needed to cancel...no available appointments for a month. So I went to another dentist, and needed MY X-rays that I paid for sent over (x rays taken 3 weeks prior and paid for same day). Bonner Clinic refused to send them over stating they were never paid for...despite my receipt. I ended up paying my new dentist for the same X-rays again. Classless business....Go ANYWHERE but here.

I saw Dr. John Rector, he's restored by teeth beautifully and looked after some tough cavities. I have coverage, but just the same, the costs of various procedures is very reasonable. They also seem to have a lot of great technology on hand. A+

The reception people sound very professional but they…read morewere nasty, the doctor was trying to convince that my teeth filling was all broken and need to renew but they were actually not, so my bill end up close to 2000$. Next morning I woke up and found out 1 of my fillings renewal teeth fell off, also my gum hurt horribly for the next 4 months, it's been 3 years to today My teeth still not back to as good as before I visit this clinic. And the filling keeps felling off. Very regret to come to this clinic and I won't never come back again and of course not recommend to anyone

This office is extremely unprofessional, they made me wait two years for a crown after calling and…read moretelling them I was in pain . They sent the wrong X rays off to my insurance company the first time , it was for a different tooth . Then once they finally took more X-rays they sent blurry un readable X-rays to my insurance company . Always pointing their finger towards someone else and never taking accountability. I called at least 6 times over the 2 years to find out what was going on as it was causing me issues . When they finally got it sorted out they booked me an appointment 2 more months down the road . I called a professional dentist in Fredericton and not only did they fit me in that week but they found another issue that Gateway never mentioned and was causing my jaw bone to decay . When my new ( professional dental office called ) to get information about my history . They were rude , vague and short with them . This isn't the first incident I had with gateway to hell . I also waited close to two years for them to fix a root canal in the past and in the end they had to send me to an and Endodontist Dentist. I feel they have so many clients that they honestly do not care about their patients. I highly recommend going elsewhere
