The setup is like a hospital where more severe emergencies will get access first but if you are one of these emergencies and need dental care now this is where you need to be This office does not preform regular checkups and cleanings. He's also possibly one of the best at what he does: no matter which procedure you're there for, it's always carried out in a completely delicate and painless manner. He once provided fillings for one of my molars, and when the area was anesthetized, I asked him to do my whole mouth while he was there since I didn't feel a darn thing. Great staff all around which make a visit to the dentist actually pleasant. I cannot recommend Dr. Bourgeois enough.

This office is extremely unprofessional, they made me wait two years for a crown after calling and…read moretelling them I was in pain . They sent the wrong X rays off to my insurance company the first time , it was for a different tooth . Then once they finally took more X-rays they sent blurry un readable X-rays to my insurance company . Always pointing their finger towards someone else and never taking accountability. I called at least 6 times over the 2 years to find out what was going on as it was causing me issues . When they finally got it sorted out they booked me an appointment 2 more months down the road . I called a professional dentist in Fredericton and not only did they fit me in that week but they found another issue that Gateway never mentioned and was causing my jaw bone to decay . When my new ( professional dental office called ) to get information about my history . They were rude , vague and short with them . This isn't the first incident I had with gateway to hell . I also waited close to two years for them to fix a root canal in the past and in the end they had to send me to an and Endodontist Dentist. I feel they have so many clients that they honestly do not care about their patients. I highly recommend going elsewhere
