My wife's van broke down on the side of the road a couple of miles from A&M Automotive Solutions…read more The first shop I called said they couldn't get to us for over a week and we couldn't leave it with them. So, I hung up and called A&M and the lady who answered the phone gave me a similar timeline but told me I was more than welcome to leave the vehicle with them. After a AAA tow to A&M Automotive Solutions, the fun really began! When they finally did get to it they were initially unable to figure out what was causing the problem. Three weeks later, same story. Although the tech had a guess or two the owner wouldn't let him proceed without a definitive answer to the cause of the problem. They looked deep into the engine only to discover one of the cylinders was stuck open and had pretty much melted from top to bottom. Long story, short--we needed a new engine. Well, after doing the math and weighing all the pros and cons, my wife and I decided to buy a new vehicle. The owner of A&M was kind enough to let us keep the vehicle parked out back until we decided what we were going to do with it. We have since sold it to a salvage company. All in all, the only charged us for the diagnostic fee and a couple hours of labor although they put in way more than 2 hours. If your vehicle needs work or you just can't figure out what's wrong with it, give A&M Automotive Solutions a call--they won't do work on it that doesn't need to be done. And they will get to the bottom of your problem!

This was on Thursday. On Friday afternoon after watching it, I decided it needed to be checked. I tried at 3:00 pm to call several shops. This was the only shop that agreed to at least look at. They got it in, checked it out and said it was the alternator. They said the could replace it by their 5:09 pm closing time. I witnessed their interactions with a couple of customers, and I could tell they are an honest shop with integrity.

I stopped in for an out-of-pocket quote on a few straightforward repairs: front damage, minor tailgate damage, a rust spot, and peeling paint. Thanks for making financial decisions on my behalf, but I'll spend my money at a genuine repair shop that actually works on metal and paint instead of turning away paying customers.

Had been a loyal customer since the 2010 BRAC to Fort Knox from St. Louis, MO. If anyone is deaf or hard of hearing, the Service Team don't want to acknowledge you, or if it was the case that they had a bad day at work, it was still not right, not courteous, not professional to put it on me. I was really sad and obsessive about what happened at my scheduled appointment there for a long time, like I was thinking about "What did I do wrong to them?" Well, mostly my grandson because he gets to ride what I bought. It was a gift to him. But I was still a very happy customer! We just moved to Kentucky in February 2021. We live in Brownsville. The first week we were here, my grandson called all around to research who had what bikes. He said that he'd found what he wanted at Fun For All Motorsports in E-town. It was an hour away, but it was well worth the trip. My grandson went in first to verify the deal. I was a bit hobbled, so stayed in the car until he let me know all was well. He came out and notified me that he was going to the shop for them to show him some things about the bike, so I went in to pay. Lori, the owner, had already made my grandson feel right at home. She did the same with me. She and I chatted quite a while. My grandson came back into the showroom a bit later and was wearing a beautiful helmet that matched his bike. I asked him if he wanted that to be part of the purchase of his new bike? He replied, "No! Lori just gave it to me!" Call me skeptical. I asked her about it. I was sure it was just a current promotion: Buy a bike, get a helmet. But no, Lori said she really did just give it to him. She liked him and was excited for him, so it was a gift from her heart. Oh man - BIG goose bumps! That was an amazing thing for a business owner to do. You can be sure that if I ever need something else that she sells, I will be going back. What great customer service! Thank you, Lori. You and all that work with you are really good people. P.S. - Here is a Youtube video that I posted of Jarod's first ride back at the house. It didn't matter to him that we were in the middle of a fairly uncharacteristic week of ice and snow, he wanted to ride. I was impressed that he didn't dump it.
