I took my car into a major well…read moreknown dealership in E'Town on 3 separate occasions for the same reason that was never properly repaired. On the third visit, I was told the reason I was experiencing the problem with my car is because I need a new engine. I was then given a $8,000 estimated repair cost. I left that dealership and called Skylights Automotive and I was asked to bring it in that same day. Not only was I told that I did not need a new engine, they repaired my car at a fraction of what the dealership was trying scam me for. If you ever experience any mechanical issues, please give them a try. You will not be disappointed. My car drives like a dream!

When I came in for my free alignment, I was told it cost $105.00, I was told at this time it was a free alignment CHECK. Not alignment, at no time was that ever referred to as a CHECK. I decided on Waynes because I was told it included a free alignment, I could have went elsewhere and actually received a free alignment, with a lower price, but decided to support a local company. Not happy, probably won't return. I didn't have alignment done, I decided to walk.

My wife's van broke down on the side of the road a couple of miles from A&M Automotive Solutions…read more The first shop I called said they couldn't get to us for over a week and we couldn't leave it with them. So, I hung up and called A&M and the lady who answered the phone gave me a similar timeline but told me I was more than welcome to leave the vehicle with them. After a AAA tow to A&M Automotive Solutions, the fun really began! When they finally did get to it they were initially unable to figure out what was causing the problem. Three weeks later, same story. Although the tech had a guess or two the owner wouldn't let him proceed without a definitive answer to the cause of the problem. They looked deep into the engine only to discover one of the cylinders was stuck open and had pretty much melted from top to bottom. Long story, short--we needed a new engine. Well, after doing the math and weighing all the pros and cons, my wife and I decided to buy a new vehicle. The owner of A&M was kind enough to let us keep the vehicle parked out back until we decided what we were going to do with it. We have since sold it to a salvage company. All in all, the only charged us for the diagnostic fee and a couple hours of labor although they put in way more than 2 hours. If your vehicle needs work or you just can't figure out what's wrong with it, give A&M Automotive Solutions a call--they won't do work on it that doesn't need to be done. And they will get to the bottom of your problem!
