The spot clearly was new because you can see the shine of the material the car was made from. And the paint was ruffled. My car was spun and hit in the front corner bumper and then a small area in the back. I WAS SPUN. They took weeks to get to it. They didn't have the decency to be honest and say that it will take 3 weeks to repair. The repairs were were only roughly $1500. so obviously 3 weeks is just absurd! Don't let their good phone etiquette fool you!!

A driver of this company took my sons VIN # off his car without his…read moreknowledge. he parked in out neighborhood and walked to his car and wrote down the vin and left. now this driver is an acquaintance of my sons as he used to date his daughter a few years ago. when my son when to confront him the owner stated the driver could stop and take a crap and there would be nothing we could do about it. he has been doing this 41 years and there is nothing we can do. there is no repos on the car its paid for. and no issues with the car and 0 need for a tow. VIN was taken for personal reasons unknown. while it is not illegal to record the vin # it is extremely unprofessional and worrisome that this driver is allowed to do this. i will be reporting this in other ways BBB and the attorney generals office for fraud just incase he tries to use it for any purposes.

My wife was able to safely get the car into a fast food restaurant parking lot. Stranded with our 1 year old on the side of the road at 8pm, my wife being the amazing wife and mom she is, was able to get a ride and everyone got home safely. We had a mobile mechanic come out and look at it, which was a mistake on our behalf. Our vehicle has been sitting in the parking lot for a week and we were informed it was going to be towed the following day. I reached out to Angeles Towing from the uncomfortable hospital bed and told them our issue. They responded to my request for an estimate right away. Knowing I was in the hospital and my wife had just put our son to bed, they picked up our vehicle and dropped it off at our residence. They communicated with me every step of the way, always with the utmost respect and kindness. Invoice was emailed to me and was very convenient and easy to pay.
