The services provided were at a moderate price and scheduling was easy. I started with a retainer, braces, retainer again and ended with Invisalign. The office was always easy to schedule and quick to return, they also offer texting to schedule which is really convenient. The best part of my experience was paying for my Invisalign in one lump payment and then being able to freely come in as I needed. Also, the appointments were quick and to the point. I was really impressed that the first visit was FREE with no contract, and they do a state-of-the-art exam with full and thorough x-rays as well as photos. They then give you options (which for my daughter was metal braces, ceramic braces, or Invisalign). Office is large and clean with a TV in the waiting room for the kids. I was worried about cost, but with a down payment, they then offer monthly payments that are very manageable. Most of the hygienists (most of the people who work there, by the way, are young, attractive, and blond - as an HR person I can't help but notice these things) are very good and very nice. I am also very pleased with how quickly my daughter's teeth are changing. Appointments are generally quick and easy. Cons: some of the staff/people who work there could be friendlier. It can be hard to get an appointment when you want one; they book up quickly. All in all, we recommend this place. I'm considering going through the process myself when my daughter is finished!

Love Kirkwood Station Dental! I have a 5 year old that has really bad teeth. SIX (6) cavities…read morefilled already...POOR GUY! However, he was treated amazing at KSD. Dr. Farrar was wonderful with him. She was able to keep him calm and relaxed throughout the process. He didn't like the "poky think" (the Novocaine shot that would numb him), but she was able to give him the shot without him even knowing. Some of those implements look scary to an adult, so I can only imagine how a 5 year old would feel. His cavities were filled in 2 visits. Dr. Farrar didn't want his entire mouth to be numb so we did one side at a time, which was perfect. He went back the second time and wasn't worried about going. That says a lot after having 4 cavities filled in the first visit. Thank you KSD and Dr. Farrar for not making my 5 year old afraid of the dentist. I also had a pleasant experience at KSD. I saw a hygienist, Jen who did a wonderful job and the Dr. Farrar as well. All good people and great experiences. I even made an appointment for my husband to go in next month.

No complaints about the people doing the cleanings, dentist made some weird flirty comments sometimes though. When I needed X-rays, I had to call 4x to get them sent to the wisdom teeth surgery office in a 30 minute period, each time they said they were sent and were not. They charge fees if you have to reschedule which isn't common for a dentist. Got told today I had to reschedule too much so they can only see me for emergencies- they can kick rocks.
