The administration don't take things serious they give to much chances and the kids take advantage of that. The teachers aren't nice and have favorites they are strict and harsh. The middle school math teacher calls their students lazy bums, knuckleheads and slops. The school is overpriced and charges to go to winter break. The school is supposedly Christian but everyone doesn't act Christian. People get bullied for being themselves and the lunch is the same every week. The school is racist. Please don't send your child here bad school do not recommend.

As a current student i DO NOT recommend this school. First the kids there are not as sweet or kind…read moreas you may think they spread rumors, they bully you because your a bit over-sized. The admin does not take things seriously they just give demerits and at very rude. The school is over priced they do not give you lunch if you have a small balance and i am speaking from experience. They charge for everything and the tuition gets higher every YEAR and usually i would not pay much mind to that but me seeing my mother struggle because of how high the cost is makes me feel ways. I end with this the school is horrible, the students are jerks, the admin is un-serious. i don't know if i'm at a school or military grounds, but as for now i hate this school and highly do NOT recommend.

Coming from an unbiased student's opinion, please save yourself the hassle of going through this…read moreschool. At my last school, which I had gone to for three years, I had only one problem the whole time I was there. At PCCA, which I have been going to for not even a year, I've had over five personal ones, and counting. Both general and personal problems include poor teaching curriculums, poor classroom and time organization, little to no arts, nor sports, very few clubs if any, messed up schedules, horrible staff communication, greediness, problems with non-Christian students, and trust me, this list goes on. This whole school honestly feels fake, both spiritually and academically. I am a student that has been in advanced classes for multiple years, passing all of them, and suddenly I feel like I'm being pulled back with poor teaching and environment. The money problems are also super clear. Only two toilets out of 8-10 in the whole North building flush correctly, easy fix to just call someone in. No, let's spend money on TVs and kiosks for digital passes. The staff are also super unprofessional and organized. My dad sent two emails to the headmaster, never got a response, multiple dates and times for events have been moved/messed up, the principal for secondary looks at people crazy when she has to actually do her job instead of just sitting around gossiping all day, my schedule was messed up for almost a month, and updates are almost never communicated properly or are last minute. It's not even just me who has had problems with this school in my family, I had a cousin whose mom pulled him out because he would come home crying every day from bullying, I have another cousin whose mom is constantly complaining about organization, and have another cousin who left the school due to complaints about the teaching. Doing research about this school, it once actually was decent, which is where all the "top school" reviews come from. The arts program had actual theater, there was a wider range of electives, classes like Spanish actually had a classroom with a teacher, and there was a variety of organized sports to play in. This school has clearly fell off, and it might be time to consider if keeping it open is a good idea.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My son has been enrolled in this Christian Academy's summer…read morecamp program for about a month, and in that short time, he has been injured multiple times--physically hit, kicked, and even thrown into a wall, leaving a huge lump on the back of his head. Most disturbing of all? Not once did the camp staff notify me or his father about any of these incidents. I only found out because my six-year-old son had to call me, crying, from his cellphone to tell me what happened. I've brought these concerns to the staff on multiple occasions, both in person and via email. Despite my efforts, nothing has changed. I asked for better supervision--yet every week, he continues to come home having been hit by older, bigger children. Their response? Not to improve oversight or accountability, but to ban electronics--the very thing that allowed my son to reach out to me when the staff failed to. On top of all that, the lack of communication is beyond frustrating. While the camp posts a weekly schedule, they frequently change field trips last-minute--sometimes due to weather, which is understandable--but they often don't inform parents at all. There have been multiple times I've sent my son dressed for one thing (like a movie), only for him to be taken to a water park with no towel, no change of clothes, and completely unprepared, all because no one communicated the update. The disorganization, carelessness, and lack of transparency at this camp is unacceptable. You are paying for safety, structure, and communication--and you are getting none of that. My son was left unprotected, unheard, and unseen, and I've lost all trust in the staff responsible for his care. Parents, please think twice before enrolling your child here. This is not the environment they market it to be.
