These apts. seem really well built. And again, if you have any questions the office is so friendly and help with whatever you need. We definitely reccomend living here.

I really enjoy my apartment, which is a partial studio (there's a sleeping area but it has sliding doors so it's almost like a one-bedroom). The building itself is safe as all of the doors are key fob locked, though this will cause a lot of problems for your poor Uber/Doordash/Amazon Flex drivers who cannot access the building before 10am or after 5pm most days. The interior is clean and looks new. The amenities fit my needs, though they are not amazing. The fitness room has most of what I need, but it is rather small and cramped. The parking spaces are also rather small and will cost $35/month (garages are also available for a higher cost). There is no gate to the property so be wary of leaving valuables in your car. Water pressure is a constant struggle (my shower feels like a tickle on my back), but it's something you learn to live with. I live on the 2nd floor and have only seen one roach (it's Texas, they're kind of a given). That said, the complex IS right up against Clear Creek (hence the name) and a patch of #nature, so be prepared to see lots of critters, especially at night. There are lizards and frogs and spiders etc that like to hang around outside.

Ok, so... let's look at 2 bedrooms. NONE AVAILABLE! Then, to make matters even more deceptive, after discovering they have no 2 bedrooms available, the "UP TO 2 MONTHS FREE" really means one month is free (AFTER YOU PAY A FULL MONTH UP FRONT) and the second "FREE MONTH" is NOT a "FREE MONTH" at all, but is simply a reduction in rent for the remaining 13 months, we determined there really is no "2 MONTHS FREE". The reply from the leasing agent was simply: "Im not in charge of marketing!" If this is how the relationship is before we even become a tenant, I can only imagine how much worse things will be after we move in, and judging from the other poor reviews on here, it looks like we made a good choice NOT to move in here.

I have seen the good ole days, the bad days and now the worst days with the new manager by the name of Kim Blevens who of course has a strong and bossy personality. my lease was up and I was looking to transfer with the agreement of paying the $500 transfer fee which I paid. after a few days she told me she would have to run my credit again and I have to do a new application with the deposit in other to transfer to a different unit, that's unheard of. she won't make it in this community with that attitude. even when someone else who works there noticed her brutal behavior and tried to step in to help the situation, she kept jumping in to tell me she was her boss and she brought her over to help her for the day. I brought a friend who was looking for a place to come and rent with the ranch, she ran her off with her interrogations and personal questions. she is a horrible manager and will end up killing the love most of us that have lived here long enough have for this community. this woman knows nothing about public relations and how to deliver good customer service. don't get me wrong the ranch at sienna is a cool and quiet neighborhood for the most part but this woman is about to destroy everything good about this place. her delivery is just bad and her strong personality; wrong for the business. how do you tell an existing resident who has never for once been late on his payment that he has to reapply (run his credit) , pay deposit and transfer fee of $500 just to transfer to another unit at the end of his lease. (so what is the transfer fee for???) commom sense is indeed not commom.

She did not make me feel rushed during the tour but instead walked beside me, and instead of jumping on a golf cart to tour the property, we walked to the unit. That was different because most communities will have you sit on a golf cart and speed fast through the community. Stormie is my favorite leasing agent out of all the properties that I visited in League City. She has such a beautiful personality. I could speak with her for hours on end. She was non-judgemental and answered all of my questions with ease. She made me feel very comfortable. The Cortland community of League City is well-maintained, but I just wished that they had more open garages. An added bonus is knowing that they don't have white appliances, but instead SS appliances. The floor plans are spacious and the units don't look like a "cookie-cutter" generic apartment, but more like a home. They don't have a lot of availability like most other properties, but that's because the tenured residents love it here for a reason. Stormie reminded me of my favorite leasing agent in Houston which was Ms. Maria Calderon from Valencia Place apts. I wish more leasing agents nationwide could adapt to Stormie's work ethic. Stormie gave me the best tour and I can't wait to lease from Cortland League City!!

The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable, competent, address the issue promptly and are available at all hours. The resident facilities are all renovated and much improved and property security enhanced with fences and gates. Today, if you haven't looked at Huntcliff, you've been looking in the wrong places!
