The electricity is going out and there is no help to get it fixed. More than once the brick veneer to buildings have fallen off. The laundry is a constant mess with non-working equipment. The service is slow, if you call after closing there is no one to come to help. The equipment in the apartments is ancient, old HVAC systems, old refrigerators, old, rusted sinks, (I did not know a sink could rust). If I were not so old, I would try to move.

Then she refused to let me resign the lease because. Quote I had too many women coming to my apartment. When I asked her to explain how that went against any part of my lease she simply said that she didn't like it. It would be the perfect place if the manager found something to do that doesn't involve pestering her tenants over ridiculous reasons. The apartments are very outdated and are sprayed monthly for pests, but that doesn't stop the little roaches from constantly running around. If you can stand to have someone that acts more like a stepmother that hates you constantly getting in your business and can find an open apartment, then this place might be for you.
