And has done a great job mediating my pain before my total hip replacement surgery. There were days I would get to the office hardly able to put pressure on my bad left leg, and after she worked on me, I could almost walk out of the without using my cane, almost! Kristin, who works the front desk is also incredible! I appreciate her flexibility and attention to detail which has been a ton of help. A huge thanks! I was in a rear end collision & was sent this this place for back pain. Let me start with the 2 girls who are not very educated in their field: One girl didn't even know what the equipment was that she was placing on my back. And the other one doesn't even know how to electronically file a disability claim! She called me this morning & said just this, "I followed the steps that you wrote down & it wants me watch videos. Ummm sorry but I'm not about to watch 30 minutes of video. I don't have time for that. You can bring me the paper form if you want it filled out." I wish I could emphasize the attitude & tone in her voice. I've seriously never received such impolite & unprofessional behavior at any medical establishment! Now as for the doctor, other than my initial visit with him which included x-rays, a typical visit with him lasted approximately 3 minutes & would send me into another room for "therapy" with the girl who doesn't even know her equipment. As a patient I expect some feedback & to be educated about my issue & to at least be given some type of treatment plan. I didn't get that here. I was really looking forward to being seen here after reading all the great reviews. Unfortunately the experience I had & the vibes I got from this establishment were way less than comforting. I will obviously be seeking treatment elsewhere.

He continued to…read moretell me he could cure me with one adjustment which he usually charges $200 for but said he would hold it for me for $95 for 3 weeks. Said he would make a decision on my medical in the next couple days. When I went in the next day to see if he would approve me he said he had offered me treatment. You couldn't help but wonder if he was holding the medical hostage until I payed for more services?!?! Completely unethical! He ended up offering me a 3 month after I told him he was going to be turned in for this situation. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this quack!
