Came here with back and neck issues after having a car accident. First impression, is that this Office seems that they just recently started within a year or so since customer service is at its best and just trying to gain more clients like any other newly opened business but later to find out that they've operating their business for several years now. I was surprised on how they maintained their consistency in customer care. I find Dr. Yang to be very professional in most aspect. Polite and well position in conducting himself with his client. He seems to maintain well a great rapport for each of his client and makes you feel that your concerns are valid and very important. He takes his time in evaluating your needs and discuss to you what seems to be the best on your treatment plans. No question on his approach as can easily be seen in the amount of people he sees and the result of how you feel after each session. I've been seeing Dr Yang for years and see a definite and positive difference in the treatment received compared to other chiropractors in the area. I cannot share enough good news and words for Dr. Yang. Today, after suffering a locked up back, due to simply moving a wrong way while lifting, after one visit, I am completely restored. I've been a person who's never believed or tried a chiropractor. I hurt my back in a fall 3 weeks ago. Didn't want to do the immediate care thing with just pain pills and a send off. I went to Dr. Yang today and got 'adjusted' and guess what, I'm 90% better. It was a life changing experience after the pain I was in. I thought it was 'voodoo' stuff but my guy, Dr. Yang, did some stuff to me and I heard my body explode in popness. I'm not a back popper guy and don't let anyone do it. We have been traveling in our RV and I have developed a painful hip. I found Dr. Yang and my husband and I called for an appointment. This is a very busy office and Stacy was out first contact with the office. She was able to accommodate both me and my husband on the same day and time. Dr. Yang is very personable and even though his waiting room was full, when we got into the exam room he made feel like we had all the time we needed and his full attention. He was able to identify the cause of my hip pain and also realigned my back. He gave me some stretching exercises to loosen the tight hip muscles. It will take some time for those muscles to stretch out. We scheduled a second appointment before we left the area to continue our travels. Only been here once so far, but was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Yang. He took his time in assessing me, and didn't rush me to leave his office. He took time to explain certain things to me. He was very informational and provided me with good advice, and informed me about other possible options that could help me with my pain; which is something that has been rare for me to come across when seeing previous chiropractors I've gone to. He seems like a very knowledgeable and professional Chiropractor that wants to truly help his patients. I will be definitely making further appointments with him. A plus of this place is that the receptionist is very nice and makes you feel comfortable as well. She took time to figure out whether I could get my appointments covered through my insurance, which I appreciated. So far in only having one appt with Dr. Yang, I am very pleased with my experience, and I am looking forward to making further appointments with him. Another plus, is that I wasn't charged an additional fee for my first appointment with him. He simply charged me the rate that he charges all his patients. Dr Yang is great. He does an Assessment every visit. Takes his time and listens to you, ask questions and makes you feel very comfortable. I have low back, sciatica and sacrum issues, It may take two to three visits but he gets it to where I have very little pain and can tolerate sitting. Stacy is great!! I always thought that when someone adjusted you, it would mostly be the back, however when I had a problem with my left wrist, he a was able to adjust it back into place and the discomfort I was feeling went away almost immediately. It was my first time going to a chiropractor and i went to spineworks. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was in so much pain my back and arm were hurting so bad. When he checked me he knew immediately what was hurting me without me even telling him. He did an adjustment and infelt much better by the next day. He explains every step of the way and tells you what to expect once you are home. I have been back and will be back again.
