She also told me the appointment time was fifteen minutes later than was written on their books apparently. I showed up and not only incurred a very costly lesson about checking with my actual insurance rather than the provider, but was lightly admonished for being late. I don't know if I believe in chiropractic care. This felt very scammy like I was being sold a used car. I'm feeling really foolish for falling for these tactics. My back still hurts and now I owe nearly $300 for two adjustments I could have had done for zero out of pocket expense if I had taken the time to search my insurance's website for doctors in my network (Dr. Shows said he knew of none in our area, there are actually pages of them). Go to this practice if you hate any kind of ethics oversight.
