Specialties
Ochs Chiropractic offers gentle chiropractic care, Nasal Specific Technique, jaw release, craniosacral therapy, and massage therapy, all under one roof in Visalia.
Chiropractic care here combines manual adjustments, instrument assisted soft tissue work, cupping, myofascial scraping, and corrective exercise. The goal is always to give your body what it needs to function well on its own, not to keep you coming back indefinitely.
Dr. Ochs has been performing Nasal Specific Technique for over 12 years and is the only provider in Visalia offering it. NST works inside the nasal passages to improve breathing, relieve sinus pressure, reduce headaches, and restore proper cranial movement. If you have been told nothing can be done about your sinuses, it may be worth a conversation.
Massage therapy is provided by Candace Seanez and can be booked as a standalone treatment or alongside chiropractic care.
History
Established in 2022.
Dr. Kristin Ochs, DC grew up in Visalia, spent nearly a decade practicing in Portland, OR, and came home with a clear vision: a patient-centered clinic where your health decisions are made by you, not an insurance adjuster.
Ochs Chiropractic is built on the belief that the body already knows how to heal. The work here - chiropractic, massage, craniosacral therapy, NST, and jaw release - is about supporting that process, not overriding it. Dr. Ochs has been performing Nasal Specific Technique for over 12 years and is the only provider in Visalia offering it. Massage therapy is provided by Candace Seañez, whose skilled, tailored approach makes her an essential part of what makes this clinic work.
Care here is gentle, effective, and appropriate for all ages. We are a proudly inclusive, judgment-free zone and LGBTQ+ and BIPOC safe space.
Meet the Business Owner: Kristin O.
I'm Dr. Kristin Ochs, pronounced like the tree. I grew up in Visalia, spent nearly twenty years in Portland, OR, and came home to build the kind of clinic I always wanted to run.
Before chiropractic, I worked in fitness as a personal trainer and Fitness and Nutrition Director, specializing in corrective exercise with special populations. Watching the body heal when it is actually supported is what sent me back to school. I earned my BS and Doctor of Chiropractic at the University of Western States in Portland and have been in practice since 2013.
My goal has never been to take things away from people. I would rather figure out how to keep you doing what you love while your body does its job.
Outside the clinic, I am a proud mom of a medically fragile kiddo, a devoted wife, a yoga enthusiast, and a genuinely terrible gardener. If there is a karaoke mic in the room, I will find it.
