And has done a great job mediating my pain before my total hip replacement surgery. There were days I would get to the office hardly able to put pressure on my bad left leg, and after she worked on me, I could almost walk out of the without using my cane, almost! Kristin, who works the front desk is also incredible! I appreciate her flexibility and attention to detail which has been a ton of help. A huge thanks! I will be back to see her as soon as possible after my surgery, to continue getting myself as balanced as possible. It was great having a sub cover her appointments while she was unavailable. And she did a wonderful job choosing her substitute.

Pero todo eso ha cambiado ahora gracias al Dr. Bennett! En mi primera visita tuve una consulta con el médico donde me preguntó sobre mi mayor preocupación, me escuchó atentamente y se aseguró de recopilar toda la información necesaria. También tomó algunas radiografías. Cuando volví por mis resultados, me explicó de dónde venía mi problema, también me explicó un plan de tratamiento y todo lo que se iba a hacer. Que eran ajustes a mano junto con algunos terapias Después de algunas sesiones, noté que mi dolor de espalda baja había disminuido mucho. Ahora puedo trabajar cómodamente sin ningún dolor o molestia que venga de mi espalda baja. I was in a rear end collision & was sent this this place for back pain. Let me start with the 2 girls who are not very educated in their field: One girl didn't even know what the equipment was that she was placing on my back. And the other one doesn't even know how to electronically file a disability claim! She called me this morning & said just this, "I followed the steps that you wrote down & it wants me watch videos. Ummm sorry but I'm not about to watch 30 minutes of video. I don't have time for that. You can bring me the paper form if you want it filled out." I wish I could emphasize the attitude & tone in her voice. I've seriously never received such impolite & unprofessional behavior at any medical establishment! Now as for the doctor, other than my initial visit with him which included x-rays, a typical visit with him lasted approximately 3 minutes & would send me into another room for "therapy" with the girl who doesn't even know her equipment. As a patient I expect some feedback & to be educated about my issue & to at least be given some type of treatment plan. I didn't get that here. I was really looking forward to being seen here after reading all the great reviews. Unfortunately the experience I had & the vibes I got from this establishment were way less than comforting. I will obviously be seeking treatment elsewhere.
