The facility is very clean and attractive and easy to access. I do wish I had more treatment recommendations re toxicity. I'm not even sure what that means but I would think I need some blood work? I am particular with my doctors. I wanted a doctor who didn't just try to treat the symptom, but…read morehelped find and treat the cause. I found more than that. Walking into Dr Hobbs office was such a breath of fresh air. His receptionist was extremely welcoming and kind. There was some miscommunication on my end about my appointment but she didn't get annoyed or irritated, she was understanding and patient with me. With Dr Hobbs, I truly felt heard and understood. He didn't try to just prescribe me something or brush off my concerns. When I would explain my health concerns and symptoms to my previous doctors. I felt like they weren't hearing and understanding what I was saying. It was discouraging. I am now so relieved, confident and encouraged about Dr. Hobbs and his knowledge and wisdom to help me feel like my true self and operate at my full capacity.

After the first time I went I had no pain hardly for 1.5 weeks to the point that I thought I had experienced a miracle. He works with great care, takes his time to fully understand your condition, and what he does is highly effective. I'm deeply thankful I found him! I just hope this review doesn't make it so I can't get an appointment because it is the best medicine I've found!

This has to be the worst customer service I've ever received in a medical facility. If you want to…read morebe able to contact your doctor's office or get updates on the things that are supposed to be getting done for you this is absolutely not the place to go. They will not answer their phone ever or call you back if you leave a voicemail. When you call them and they do not answer (which is every time) they'll send you an automated text saying that you can text them at that number, if you do, they will also not respond to that either. Or if they do manage to send a text back it'll be a new person every time, they'll ask your name and date of birth and then stop responding so you can start that whole process another time again. I went in a month ago for an ankle appointment. I got an MRI referral and a prescription and they had not sent out either two weeks later. I finally went in in person to ask them to do it, they never sent the MRI referral even though he said he did when I was there and the prescription they sent out wasn't even anything close to what the doctor and I discussed in my appointment. I talked to another person another week later and they said they sent out the MRI referral at that time again, still have not. So all around terrible experience. It's been 4 weeks now and I've still not gotten either from them. The only way to get anything from this place is to physically walk in and ask them to do what you need done in person, even then it's questionable.
