From the day they fitted my alarm system to the day I asked them to turn it off they were useless. The fitter used a brand new carpet cleaner to hover up brick dust without my permission and ruined it. They then serviced the system but did not find a major fault and forgot to change the sensor batteries which resulted in several more visits which they then tried to bill me for. In the end they could not get the system working so I told them to turn it off as it was useless. £1000+ wasted. read more

Phoned for some advice and found them very knowledgeable, they managed to repair my system and the bill was very reasonable considering I thought I needed a new system! - I now have a maintenance contract with them so hopefully my system will be kept in check. read more
