Their goods are normally at very reasonable prices and they also offer free delivery if you have a cash account with them which I found very easy to get. It is £10 for delivery if you don't have an account. Lots of things to look at and choose from and refunds for unused unopened items are easy to obtain. I like to be able to see before I buy so I often wander around their yards selecting what I need.

The Main living room floor has had a parquet engineered wood floor installed with a carpet to second floor stairs and landing. From showroom visit to installation, I could not fault the Company and would not hesitate to recommend them. They did everything from uplifting and disposing all the old flooring . Shame I cannot upload a photograph of every room. So pleased with every installation and would certainly have them back again.

Amtico tiles raised in a ridge across floor. Fitted admitted he had "messed up". Offered a refund but not received to date. Have now had floor lifted and fitted by another company. Would definitely NOT use this company again. Now have to take legal action to get money back!!
