Don't use pump #3 the handle is broken semi works, but you lowkey gotta hold it at an angle, it would continuously stop pumping gas kinda weird super in convenient if your in a rush. read more

It's still a Shell, but the convenience store and on-site car wash is now a "Jackson's Store". I've gotten gas here before, no issues there. Most recent stop was for a car wash. FYI: If you pay for a car wash inside, you won't get the "early bird" discount - 25% off all washes from 6am to 10am. For their top-of-the-line quality wash - it's $12 if you pay inside, vs. $9 at the booth right before you enter the wash. Car wash was good, the air dryer is done while your car is still inside, instead of the ones you have to slowly drive through and potentially miss a spot. Minus one star for the clerk not even mentioning to me about discount pricing if paid at the car wash booth. read more

Westminster Shell - Gas Stations Near Me - Westminster, California

Staff is very friendly and responsive to customer needs, restrooms and location is sanitary for the most part. Pricing is decent for gas, it's not overpriced. Will turn on air for you just mention it to cashier :) car wash available on-site too !! read more

I have tried to avoid the busy corner of this Shell location. But, when you have to be in West Hollywood, then to LAX, you want to make sure you got a full tank of gas. No time to go to the big stores like Costco or Sam's Club because you know they are going to be really busy with long lines. It's a good thing that I remember the Shell Credit Card, which is buried deep inside the wallet for emergency reasons. Yeah... this is an emergency, and I'll not look directly at the posted price for 87 octane gas. Yikes, these sides are occupied. Ah, an opening by the far corner near the car wash. Gotta get that Shell credit card out. Accepted! Great, now let's top it off, and I know it's going to be almost 8 gallons worth. Done and close it, and my receipt is printed. It is now that I look at the numbers...over 7 gallons at $5.199/gln. I really need to plan better and save at the pump. But, I'm sure glad this Shell station is still here and that I won't get stuck in LA traffic (I hope) and arrive late. read more

Horrible yesterday 03/09/25 I went around 2 or 2:30 and the cashier was so rude over me buying a case of water and soda pack and banged my soda pack on the counter I hope you guys fire her she was rude to my family when we wanted to just help bring the water pack inside so she scans it and she kept saying to not bring it in at the end she needed to scan it and sent us. She was so rude. read more

Oh man, I have been coming to this Shell gas station for a long time. Its a a good conveniant location near Bolsa and Magnolia. I stop here once a week since they are not far from where i live in Fountain Valley. I like to stop at restaurants or nearby Vietnamese grocery stores. Gas prices drop here sometimes. I get all the premium gasoline here. Customer service is good here. Nice to keep coming too. read more

I'm an Amazon driver and I Stopped here to grab a drink and use the restroom at 5:05 am since it said it was open 12am and the guy says they're closed and let's another person inside right in front of me with tattoos in to use the restroom rather than a trustworthy Amazon driver to quickly use the restroom. Terrible service read more

I came inside and talk to one guy inside and asked for what happened and why the machine stopped then the way he told me just drive out and he said if I want t wash the car and have to pay another money, the way he was talk to customer very and very bad. I will never come to this gas station anymore very bad altitude with customer and not honor and respect customer. read more

My friend and I went here on Friday, August 4th, 2017 at 10:20pm to get some gas (using my credit card). We're happened to be at #7 station. The pump was incredibly slow and gas was pouring out the fuel opening on the car, and forming a pool of gas on the pavement. I did not notice it until I get out of my car and the pump did not auto shut-off. I came to the store telling the Vietnamese cashier what happened and asked him what should I do? He went out and talk to me as if it was my fault with an ATTITUDE. He DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE! I've been a loyal customer for years and this just ruined my day. I'll switch to Chevron or Mobil from now on. Thanks Shell for treating me this way! read more

Poor customer service. We're not from this area and apparently the pumps in California requires a bit of push to activate. We asked the guy running the counter for assistance and he was super unpleasant. He told us we didn't know how to used the pump and the transaction cancelled in a very rude demeanor. He did not offer to rerun our card. Just told us it's refunded so we can be on our way. Rude. read more

This review is solely regarding the carwash. Meh, for what you pay it's kind of what you get...I suppose. I only went to a drive thru because I was short on time and needed my baby clean. I got their "platinum carwash" for $9. It left water spots on many areas of the car so when I got home I had to wipe it all off, the next day I noticed there was still water spots. I think it was the water that was stuck in the trunk area. Personally, I definitely won't do any drive thru washes again. It's not worth it when you have a luxury car, the baby scratches and etc. Next time I won't wait till my car is dirtayyy and an emergency trip to the drive through is needed -_- read more

Reasonably priced at $2.79 per gallon for the 87 gas! Some stalls are out of order though.

The guy on car washing is so rude, impolite and disrespectful

Worst place i've ever seen. Car wash is an absolutely SHIT. Payed for a car wash, system failed - not my fucking fault - no refund on car washes. Dumb ass slow place. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. We purchased 4 drinks and as we were walking out, (we did not move anywhere besides the register), we got YELLED at for "not paying" for the drinks. "What are you.. HEY! Come back!" Very rude. read more

Beware of the sneaky gas pumps that don't work. You report it to the workers and they will lie and say it's been reported to be fixed, but you come back week after week and it still is broken. There's a few broken ones. I tell them to put a sign to warn customers so we don't waste our time, but they don't. Defeats the purpose of convenience. Also, the car wash will eat up your money and won't give you a car wash. And it's always broken. Dysfunctional place. read more

Very impolite, lack in manners and uneducated staff that doesn't speak English. Not appreciate the service from this station.

This place is just like any other shell. The only thing is that its more expensive than mobil which is just across the street... So i rather got to mobil... read more

Great service here. There is also a car wash which is really cheap for the premium deal. It's very convenient since it's by a Bank of America, some food places, an Asian supermarket, 7/11 right across the street. Best place to go for gas. read more

Here to get gas (obviously) but I only had cash so I went inside. I totally didn't expect to see a line in here maybe 1-2 people sure but almost 10? I don't think so, I overheard the people in line chatting about how this employee is on break so she hasn't been helping anyone for about 10 minutes. Of course I was pissed and so was everyone else in line. So majority of us just headed across the street to 76. I've never run into a situation like this. Crazy, absolutely ridiculous. read more

After going to the supermarket, I dropped right in to reload my gas tank. How convenient! I love convenient locations. As states before, some Asian drivers need to retake the dmv or something!!! This gas station is like in the heart of an Asian community. Some slow drivers. Some lousy drivers. Horrible drivers In total. Don't get me started of those old Asians who Unnecessarily glare when you past by them... What's there problem? Back to the good stuff, there's a car wash for your car!!! Woot woot right next to the gas loading place. It's a bit pricey here. Typical shell. read more
