I had a restroom sink that was clogged up and it was getting really bad. So, I reached out to a…read morefew plumbers on yelp and created the project and Ace Plumbing could come the soonest. A rep from Ace shows up in the window of time we had setup. He tries to snake the clog, to no avail. He said the clog was a little too deep and too hard, and this would probably involve having to get new pipes (which probably isn't a bad idea). Total cost would be in the thousands. I can't do that now, so I just paid the fee for them to come and try to repair ($135.00). I ended up calling another plumber who works on the buildings in my area and they were able to snake out the clog. Maybe they just went a little harder into the pipes, but yeah, problem solved now. So, maybe, protip here would be, if you're having a plumbing issue, contact your HOA to see who they recommend for these types of issues. Or, if you've bought a house or buying one, get the information of the plumbers / workers who worked on it prior, since they might have a tad more information about the intricacies.

They replaced three conventional toilets with new Toto models, each with washlet seats and auto-flush systems. I was nervous about hiring someone to install them since they're fairly complex with a lot of parts and electrical connections, but for Jose and Alberto it was clearly no big deal. Everything works perfectly. On top of that, they replaced the shower valves and trim in two bathrooms with Grohe push button fixtures and a new handshower all by working from the wall behind, with zero damage to the tile. That alone deserves serious credit. They also installed a new rainfall showerhead exactly as requested. They installed a water filtration system in the kitchen, replaced the kitchen faucet, and swapped out the garbage disposal. Every single job was done cleanly, efficiently, and with real attention to detail. Jose is great at communicating throughout the process. He is always responsive, clear, and professional. His and Alberto's workmanship are top-notch. These guys can do anything, and their pricing is very fair for the level of quality they deliver. They repaired a lot of old poorly done work, and were very thorough. When I recently experienced a drain clog in the shower, I called another local plumber because they advertised a drain snaking special. Not only was that bait and switch (only if they can clean the drain from the cleanout only, which is unlikely with a shower), that plumber came out, told me they could've done the job cheaper, and then failed to be able to fix the clog. I called yesterday, and Brandon from Flood Brothers came today, put five minutes of hard work and elbow grease in and figured it out and fixed the problem. It was just a giant hair clog!
