I am so glad we finally got to move in our new construction house. We waited for a whole year until…read moreit was finished and thought it would be a good option to spend the time in between places in that apartment community. It was okay until 2 guys moved in the apartment underneath us. They obviously hate little kids but wanted to use the advantage of a nice family apartment community. They even threatened us to the point that we had to install a camera system and call the police. They got a police warning for constantly banging our door and walls, ringing our door bell and then drive away. But nothing changed. What kind of people harassing a 2 year old and calling him names?! They definitely shouldn't be around kids at all. I expected that the management would do background checks before letting tenants move in. Management ignored everything over a year!! And they were well aware of what was going on. Also they didn't even care about other tenants smoking weed indoors. This apartment complex shouldn't be advertised as luxury or family friendly at all.

Hanna made the application process a breeze, and the move-in costs were surprisingly affordable. The apartment feels luxurious. It was freshly painted with a brand new carpet. I had a few questions, and Jason and Kevin were incredibly helpful and quick! Just a heads up, they might be working close by, so be prepared to answer the door. The entire staff, including Kristin and Danielle, have been friendly and professional. I love the location, minutes from shopping/dining. I've even chatted with a few neighbors who've lived here for years, which is a great sign. I highly recommend this complex!

Everyone comments what a great job Tony does and he sure does!! He never gets an evening to himself because of constant issues in the property. Three months ago there were 2 shootings within 3 days by a friend of a resident which caused many cars to be riddled with bullet holes, one of them was my car. 1 of the shootings happened in broad daylight and bullets went into the bedroom windows of a tenant with small children. To this day not one word, warning or notice was given to any resident who was affected. They are trying to keep it under wraps. During the past 1 1/2 years I have in my building, had hundreds of gas leaks, no gas for nearly 8 days, most of the buildings have had massive floods and live feces floating in the water. Tammy's response is always, make a claim on your insurance. be sure to read your lead because it's a hold harmless agreement. The leasing agent is lovely until you sign your name, complain about anything and you become the worst resident. They do not answer phones because incoming calls are recorded and they'd both be fired for the ignorant way they speak to you, that is if they can take a break from smoking instead of handling your issue. I could go on and on. For me, it's almost over, can't wait to escape from this dump.

Any maintenance requests I've had are handled very quickly, the maintenance guys go out of their way to make sure the maintenanence problem is solved quickly. The office staff has been very friendly, especially Mallory, the manager. She is really approachable and the few requests I've had, she has responded quickly and followed through for me. After three years, I still feel confident saying Woodridge is a great place to live and I plan to continue to live here for years to come. If you're looking for a well-managed, responsive, and welcoming apartment community, I highly recommend it.

It is a super safe and super quiet complex and our apartment is really clean and peaceful. It's also affordable for the area (Livonia). It's true that only trash is included in the rent, but water/sewer runs about $35-50 a month which I find really reasonable. The kitchen is very small but if you're picky about having a big kitchen, buy a house lol. Bathroom is pretty spacious. They are really pet friendly too which is a huge plus for us as we have a dog and a cat. They do charge pet rent but so does everywhere else. The dog park even has some wooden agility equipment such as ramps, jumps, and a platform, and little trash cans and bag dispensers all over the property for picking up after your dog also.

My daughter was looking for a place to move after their wedding. She asked me to go to this one with her as the fiance' wasn't available. Nice friendly complex, great leasing office personnel. We checked out a couple empty rooms. Nice size, 1250 sq. ft, two bedroom. Very large and reasonably priced. The daughter put in an applcation and has been accepted. She picked out the room they wanted. Pet friendly as they have a poochie too(yeah, he's leaving my house, lol). Stay posted as I will update after they have been in the place a little while as I am sure I'll be taking a few visits there.
