Their process for getting referrals and estimates is quick and easy- and then there is the $2500 guarantee. Just can't beat that service. From the moment The Home Tradesman answered a/k/a John, it was an easy choice to make. Not only did he have the lowest estimate (which we all know is no guarantee of anything), John is polite, honest, forthright, accommodating and punctual. And that's before you get to know him! Well, both the customer service and the quality of the craftsmanship are both extraordinary- as it turned out the scope of our job was a little more complicated than expected and even a second day of labor was required there was no extra charge to us. And John was even apologetic that he took longer to complete the task, even though it was. No fault of his. There are dozen little things that we are looking to have done around the house and John will be the person we contract to do them. I know that everything will be done properly, to our exact specifications and at a cost we can afford. Thanks John, we look forward ti seeing you again soon!

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. He is incredibly skillful and knowledgeable, and his attention to detail really shows in the high-quality work he delivers. Whether it's a small repair or a larger project, he approaches everything with professionalism and care. What stood out most to me was how responsive and easy he was to get a hold of. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt like my client's home was in good hands. It's rare to find someone this reliable and dedicated to doing the job right the first time. If you're looking for someone trustworthy who truly knows what they're doing, I highly recommend John for any work you need done around your home. He'll be my first call for future projects!

His work offer was well written and similar cost to others. I decided to go with him after reading some reviews on his page. I am sad to report that after delay of the project, then asking for money because of said delay, then saying the home was ready when the projects weren't complete I took possession of the home and paid in full as we were in a time schedule. Following is a list of things that I found very unsatisfying: The floor was refinished but there are spots that have streaks and places that look like they were stained. The paint job they did in the main house area was not doe. Well, looked like maybe only primer was used? Also the window sills, where the blinds came off, etc, were not painted or holes filled in. The paint job in the basement was half done. I had to ask to have the heat/air ducts painted. Then not all were done. The electrical in pretty much the entire house was not wired correctly. I had to hire someone else to get the fans working properly, the lights to work with correct switches, etc. The washer was not hooked up and the dryer gas was off. The dishwasher was wired and hooked incorrectly. Was missing the kick plate and was crooked. I had to have a new person reinstall. They forgot the new bathroom fans but after requesting these they were installed, very small and the paint was never touched up or made right around them. There were greasy marks in new paint job, splashes in walls of idk what and the paint we smashed for (high quality washable paint) was not used. The locks installed were not installed correctly, and one had been taken over by the owner and we had to buy a new one (expensive!) I can't recommend this company.
