My friend at first was a little deterred by the somewhat challenging menu (no concessions made here!) commenting: don't they have anything normal, like without intestines, liver, gizzards, or anything not fatty? What's wrong with you, you you spoiled Peruvian taste buds?! Haven't I taught you anything?! Fat is good, we love fat and we jad'ore even more foie gras!!! Think salad is just French for a heap full of buttery sinful foie gras topped by a mountain of gizzards. Never had those before, but I need more of that in my life now!
