Having my teeth cleaned is something I do not particularly enjoy, but Kim and Chantal, two of the hygienists at Sandstone Dental, make having your teeth cleaned as relaxing an experience as it possibly could be. I have never loved going to the dentist, but at this office I feel my dental health is priority number one, and I feel at ease knowing all the staff are competent, professional and kind. To anyone looking for a dentist, I can't recommend Sandstone Dental enough.

The front end staff is friendly, efficient and competent. In the chair I was cold and was offered a blanket, some water, and the dental chair gives a relaxing massage with they work on your teeth. This clinic is a bit of a drive for me, but they are worth it! I'll be recommending them to all of my friends and family. So nice to find such a great dental team!

I recently change paid my first and second visits to Toothville after being a long time client at…read moreNorthern Hills Dental. The reason for the change was that they did not value my time. In the Alberta where dental fees are not regulated and we pay the highest dental fee in the country, all I ask is that we get treated right at the appointment and not be a waste of my time. You can read my Yelp review of them if interested. Back to Toothville... it is a small dental clinic but the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The appointments were on-time and I felt like my business was valued there. Also, booking the appointment, they try to fit you in within a reasonable time frame. From my two visits here, I am quite impressed with the this dental clinic. I hope they do not change the way they service their clients. I will be doing an update review in the future.

I have chronic illness and pain and have had to cancel more appointments there than I would like, but they have always been kind and gracious about it. I had to see Dr. Newman yesterday as I have developed an infected salivary gland. Alison (the remarkable receptionist!) was able to squeeze me in and Dr. Newman arranged to have the necessary x-rays done to confirm that it was indeed an infected gland and wanted me on antibiotics and booked an urgent appointment to see an oral surgeon within two days. Everything flowed like clockwork. This really is the best dentist and dental staff I know of in the city. Everyone treats you very well, and it is a very friendly staff. I wish my health would improve so I could get the dental work done that I need. I was lucky to be able to get the necessary referrals for my infected gland so quickly and am very grateful to be a patient of Dr. Newman's. She is an amazing dentist, and more. That's right, I'm going to review my dentist…read more First, some background: I like beer. I especially like beer out of a bottle. This past Saturday I was enjoying said beverage when I banged my false front tooth on the bottle and knocked it out (classy, I know). This is not the first time this has happened. For those of you who know me, this particular tooth was bonded with a fake at the budding age of 6 when a friends' little brother threw a step ladder at me, and, in 1999; in a coffee cup incident; it was knocked loose and rebonded again. I have been going to Harker Chan and Associates for about three years and I called Dr. Harker about correcting my sudden hillbilliness Sunday morning. He graciously answered even though I called a personal number and offered to come in early the next day to get me fixed. I was in and out of his office in a half hour. To say that this man is anything short of a perfectionist would be an understatement. He is quick, professional and knows his work. His portfolio of veneered teeth is impressive; I have seen few veneers that look so natural. Now I can't review the entire practice without also talking about Dr. Chan (Dr. Chan is my regular doctor there, who rocks ps, but Dr. Harker has worked on my false tooth before and is the cosmetic surgeon, hence my call to him). Dr. Chan is prompt, lively and professional. When I was slated to have my wisdom teeth removed; without sedation, Dr. Chan had me back at work in less than a day. This guy knows his dental surgery. These men have ground, filled, bonded, poked and prodded my teeth for three years and I'm always relaxed in their chair. Their staff is friendly, smart and all have a very gentile touch. I recommend either doctor to anyone looking for a new dentist. T.
