This company was awesome! They have a small crew but they get the job done. I was in a ton of credit card debt and they brought my case to the court to start a clean slate so I no longer have to make payments. I messed up with my finances during college spending money I didnt have. Unfortunately college debt isn't excluded from the slate but still! This makes a huge difference not having to pay back 15K! Justin was completely understanding of my situation and my knowledge of the law and really seemed to know his stuff! I asked all the questions and he was patient with me. I would just say don't get discouraged because they are also busy so don't mind them all multi tasking while they are working with you. After all, they are the most affordable lawyers you can find so respect their grind for even taking your case for cheap. I havent recieved a call ever since I started working with them and if you do, you can just forward the credit companies to them so Justin will deal with it. I would like to thank Westgate Law Attorney Justin Harelik and his team for all their huge help. I never thought I would be filing for bankruptcy or even considering it. I was afraid because I didn't know what I was getting myself into, until I decided that filing for bankruptcy was my last resort for my financial situation, so I took the initiative and went for it. I began looking around for about week or so trying to find a good bankruptcy lawyer. I reached out to two attorneys and one the price was way too much and the other never got back to me via phone call nor email. I finally found Attorney Justin and decided to setup an appointment and minutes later I received a response and was able to meet with him and his team the same day. Upon arrival, I was really nervous not knowing if this is the best option for me. I arrived at the office and first met with his team member Christian. We sat down and he pretty much provided all the necessary info for the application process to see if I still want to move forward with the bankruptcy. During the meet, I felt less worried and more relieved. I wasn't pressured at all since he consulted everything in detail and in a professional manner so I decided to file for bankruptcy. The asking price was really great and was given 4 months to pay them off, which worked out well for me. I met Justin right after and he asked questions about my financial situation. Feeling ashamed and confused I arrived at Mr. Harelik office with a partial payment and many questions considering with much uncertainty doing it myself to save the little money I didn't have..Not only can this guy multitask never missing a beat which was very interesting to watch but he genuinely cares about his clients never ignoring calls. He sugar coats nothing and explains everything as he proceeded to answer all my questions, never rushing me giving me his complete attention. I left feeling no more shame and with my head held high I was completely at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. No one plans on this and there is no book to make you feel better. I had made my decision and after our meeting I could not proceed fast enough. I wanted this out of my hands and behind me I had ultimate confidence. Before contacting Justin, I read all these wonderful reviews and was very excited to meet him. However when we met, I had a horrible experience. He asked that I come between a certain time as he had to leave. I came at the said time, but he decided to cut it extremely short. He seemed annoyed to even be meeting with me. He rushed through my questioned, and made me feel that I have no hope. I was able and willing to pay on the spot but he said he was leaving. He didn't give me any info as to the next step whatsoever. I had questions and wanted to go over specifics before we file. He told me, after sighing, he will give me 3 hrs next week, then said we would meet for 2 hrs on Monday. Then said we will meet for 1 hr on Tuesday. I asked which was it as he said 3 different things and he didn't like me asking for clarity. He said he can't really meet as his rates don't allow. If I'm paying you $1300, $795 is his fee he says, I should be able to ask questions. We briefly met for 25 mins and didn't want me asking anything! Justin looked at me with disgust the entire time. And to my amazement me said " I'm going to be really blunt, you are stressing me out. I was having a good day until you came here" I was amazed as I told him I was excited to meet you and obtain your services , yet he had been rude to me, but I'm stressing him out!!! How rude. I remained calm the entire time, as I was more in shock. I still told him to have a wonderful evening. He wouldn't even shake my hand. I've never felt more humiliated in my life. I'm already vulnerable and scared. Seeking assistance from whom I thought was a professional and he made me feel like a nuisance and basically told me this. Im not sure what everyone else on here saw, as I'm sure I'm not the only experience like this. Maybe he had the comments removed. He told me he has done 4000 cases and only has 16 reviews on here, all very nice.....I wonder about the other experiences. Maybe he just didn't like me.
