The second deposit of $5,300 caused the ATM to encounter an error. The transaction was not processed, and the ATM did not return my cash. I immediately contacted Chase and reported the issue. I followed up multiple times, but Chase denied my claim and did not return the missing funds. I also requested the ATM camera footage from the time of the transaction, but Chase refused to provide it. I believe the bank has not properly investigated this matter. I am requesting assistance from the CFPB to ensure a fair review of my case and to have my missing $5,300 returned.
