They may call themselves Integrity, but they definitely don't have any. Typical bait-and-switch…read morecompany that just wants your money. They'll lure you in with low inspection rates and whatnot, and promises that you can do simple repairs yourself, but when push comes to shove it turns out you CAN'T actually do simple repairs yourself (even after multiple people there never said it was a problem while we were in contact with them about our very simple "a disconnected wire" repair, and even told us it was satisfactorily resolved before then turning around and saying "just kidding, it still requires a site visit"). And a "site visit" is $504 minimum, for even a 5-10 minute process. You also can expect to go days without hearing from people like your sales rep. Before we even signed on with them, I had to leave several increasingly frustrated emails and voicemails to get someone to call me back. Most recently the sales manager (who seems to be in non-stop "meetings") promised me a call the next day after we spoke about my concerns, and over a week later I still haven't heard from her. Meetings and profits are all this company seems to care about, not customers or standing by what they promise you to get your business. I would avoid them.
