Finally, I gave him my information for my appointment, and he was unable to locate the appointment he made for me a week earlier. Moving is stressful. Daniel, and his I don't really care attitude, sent me out of the store with no trailer, no lights, and a completely dumbfounded that anyone could be so careless about his customers. I have used uhaul for 6 years, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Do not go to the Uhaul on 5th Street in Pocatello. They obviously don't need the business. My clothes did not dry well in these dryers. This place gets 2 stars for the scam of an app they have you use. It tells you you can customize the amount, but then it won't let you customize the dollar amount so you could potentially be left with money in the account that you can't get back. I had 75 cent left in the app and requested a refund and closed account, letting them know I can't come here again (I don't live in the state), but all they did was give me a bonus 75 cents for a laundromat I'll never be able to go to again. Be aware of the CleanPay app. If you don't put the exact amount you need, you won't get your money back, they only credit your account.
