2010 Kia Optima LX Indications: My vehicle had a loud,…read morebroken muffler sound. Carbon monoxide fumes entered the cabin. Slight loss of pickup, or torque, and increase in gas usage. I came into Lewis about a week or two ago to get a diagnostic on my car. Service and Part director, Jordan Johnston, ordered a diagnostic done on my vehicle by Henry, the mechanic. Diagnosis: Exhaust manifold needs replaced. Jordan ordered the part, including gaskets. This past Monday, I take my car in to get fixed. Turns out there was a crack in the catalytic converter. Henry skillfully broke off the very rusted gaskets, welded the catalytic converter and installed new gaskets. Lo' and behold, under Jordan's supervision, Henry saved me about $200 on parts, minus the gaskets, and all I had to pay for was mainly labor costs and fees. And he finished in such a TIMELY manner. Thank you Henry for saving me money and time, and Jordan for exceeding expectations on customer service. I don't trust mechanics very easily at all. Jordan made me feel like I could trust him. So thank you. I look forward to bringing more business to Jordan Johnston at Lewis Chevrolet Cadillac.

I called in and reached Steve over the phone, and he was very flexible and assuring with getting an appointment. He was able to fit me in right away and I got a good date for the appointment. When I was running late for the appointment by a few hours I called in and Steve gave me an appointment for later in the day. Another person who was in huge help with the service here was Corey -- when Toyota financial refused to cover a tire rotation under my plan, Corey was able to get me one under a fair price. Huge comfort and relief coming to a different dealership in a different town, but these two were instrumental in helping me take care of my service and providing a great experience! These two are deserving a lot more than they're getting!

After more than a month I had to contact them about the spare I was promised and was told I'd have to pay to have a new one made. Luckily, the incompetent employees messed up on my paperwork and needed my signature on something, which I refused to give until they honored what they said and got me my key. It never should have gotten to that point. Also the tires on the car I bought were all bald and needed to be replaced, at my cost, within a few months of purchase. Also tried to get rear axle looked at and they "looked" at it, but never got paperwork for it; instead they said it was "good to go." Went to try to get paperwork and instead they wanted to throw the pickup in their machine and I allowed them to.
