Have had to call someone to come out to check the pumps 3 times now on seperate occasions. One guy…read moreis always respectful but this last time this guy comes out and instead of explaining that the pumps might be frozen and are defrosting he comes saying F that and F this. I stated that there was very little soap coming out and he goes on a rant saying that everything is ok although you can obviously tell the difference from when the system is working properly and how it was working at the time. All around a very mad individual which was more ammusing to hear than helpful.
