Kim and Dave are the two finest real estate professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in 58 years of living. They are simply amazing. I've sold 7 homes in my lifetime and over the years have been consistently disappointed in the agents I have hired. Most of them only cared about the commission and seemed to have a genuine dislike for everyone involved in the transaction. Not, so with Kim and Dave. They really are different than the run of the mill agent. They never gave up and just kept working hard for me, looking for that one buyer that would appreciate what our home had to offer. I really felt like I was Kim and Daves only client, even though you can see by their reviews, they have so many it's hard to count. Their skill level is a 10 (Kim knows the fine details inside out) ... their ability to understand their clients needs is a 10 ... attention to detail is a 10 (Kim and Dave did not make a single mistake or error) and negotiating skills a 10 (best negotiating team ever). And fair negotiators ... making sure both sides got what they want and needed. I think that's important, because if you take short cuts and don't make sure everyone is happy, your deal is prone to collapse at the worst possible moment. I would never even consider using another agent or team of agents. If I moved to the Alaska, I would ask Kim to get licensed there so she could handle the transaction for me. The highest recommendation possible. There is no way you would be disappointed with Kim and Dave. The only reason someone in Scottsdale would hire someone else is that they weren't lucky enough to read all these truthful reviews.

We had such a great experience with her that we've used her four other times in two years. We used her to sell that house in Chandler a few years later when we needed to find a house with a casita. She helped us find and buy a house in Queen Creek. And then also when we bought and sold a townhouse in Mesa (Eastmark). Each time she has worked to get us the best deal and fiercely negotiated on our behalf. There have been some challenging deals but she ALWAYS represented our best interests. There are some real estate agents (actually a lot) that treat deals as transactional and are only concerned with their commissions, but Tiffany treats each deal as a relationship. She has never exhibited any pressure during any of our deals. She understands if its not right something better will come along.
