Caveat emptor! I asked them to take back items I had purchased a week earlier from inventory they had in stock (no engraving, no special order) and they refused. They offered 50% of my money or "store credit". Claimed I was the first person who ever asked to get my money back, and yet they quoted me their policy was "all sales final". If this is truly their policy, it should be stated along with all their other little signs.
