I spoke to them at 11:17am and provided information they requested. Then to confirm delivery after…read morethey verified they could bring propane out if they were scheduled to be in the area; I called at 1:09. They changed the price for a gallon from $2.25 to $2.49 in less than 2 hours. I would doubt that an increase of over 10% is correct unless their tank was bone dry and the next gallon deliver by the distributor was to be delivered to me. The price quoted initial does not stay the same forever but the inventory cost is the basis for the quote given NOT the new delivered charge. It is their business so they have to make money, but the quote didn't mean a thing. That may be customary but doesn't sound like good business.

We had always been pleased with the company before and felt they were a trustworthy company. Well, they came out about a week later, filled it, and our bill was about $500 more than it had been in October. My husband called and they said we were stuck with the payment, that they had raised prices before the storm. We paid $2.09 in October and they charged us $3.16 in January. That is shady business to me and we will not be using them again.
