If you want someone to tell you exactly what you want to hear and then not do anything until they feel like it (or in most cases not at all)....race down to Chickasha and sign a contract with them. Be prepared for every excuse you can imagine....like "I can't control the weather" which I guess translates to "when the weather slows us down, don't expect a call or recommitment on your install date.....for months if you don't chase us down" or like "the vents for your building are still on back order" which translates to "blah, blah, blah, ba blah blah, we screwed up your order and you won't be getting those, how bout a nice scoop of ice cream instead? We will pick the flavor." because we all know how special and in high demand vents are and that they can only be sourced from Planet Krypton. After you are done signing the contract, go ahead and pull open your kitchen drawer grab an ice pick or other sharp instrument....start stabbing yourself in the eye with it repeatedly. It won't make you feel better, but it will certainly hurt less than doing business with these people. They completely lack honesty or integrity. Worst consumer experience I have ever had.
