Couldn't agree more with others that 5-stars is nowhere near enough to tell others the incredible level of kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and caring you will find at Thomas Collision. Their team has incredible attention to detail and goes above and beyond in every aspect - one of their team even took the time to carefully remove the OSU emblem on my damaged tailgate and put it on the new one, and it was straighter than when I had done it. Another took time to clean my truck interior and got mu mats cleaner than I have ever been able to get them. Thomas' Collision fought for the needed repairs, and I cannot thank them enough for the MONTHS they put into the back-and-forth with my insurance company. More than $30k in repairs were done in a beyond timely manner, and the attention to detail and professionalism in every aspect of the repair is obvious. I dare say my Super Duty looks better than the day I bought it new. I will return without hesitation and recommend them to anyone and everyone. Start to finish, they made me feel valued and I can't imagine the mess it would have been with my insurance if I had brought my truck to another shop.

I was in a car accident with my toddler and needed my car fixed to get it back up and running, and naively thought I could trust crash champions based off the online reviews. I very quickly learned that that was a HORRIBLE idea, it took them over two weeks to tow my car to their shop, after ensuring it would only take two days max, and that should have been my first red flag. After waiting for them to pick it up, it took them two months!! (I'm not exaggerating, I really wish I was) to actually look at my vehicle and tell me it's not repairable!! two and a half months without my car to be told it's not going to be fixed by them! And I called so many times to get updates on my vehicle, since no one working there thought to keep me updated, and every time I called they promised and assured me it was being worked on, what a bunch of bull!! Do you ever feel "too good" to do something?…read more Well, I think I thought I was "beyond" laundromats. It turns out I'm not. In fact, a homeless woman recently taught me a couple of things. First, she kindly taught me to use one of the "big boy" washers. I could not figure out where everything went to start the soapy swirling. Second, she reminded me that kindness is not dependent on circumstances. She had something to teach me, and I had something to learn. Either one of us could have robbed me of that lesson--I'm glad she didn't, and I'm becoming wise enough to learn the first time around. I was there to wash some comforters that wouldn't fit in our home washer and dryers. Not knowing one laundromat from another, I picked Hollywood Coin Laundry in Norman, OK, and I could not have been more impressed. The staff were nice, helpful, and respectful to everyone who came through the doors. The place was CLEAN, the equipment was in good repair, and the clients were all pleasant and didn't mind me snapping photos of them. I have been back to Hollywood several times over the last month and have looked forward to my visit each time. Strange, huh? I wanted to see if the customer service was consistent. It was. Was the facility kept clean and tidy? It was. Did I feel welcomed and wanted as a customer? I did. There are a LOT of businesses that I frequent that I dread. I won't drop names, but many of the ones you are thinking about are the same ones I am thinking about. I wonder how much better their business would be if they were welcoming, kind, and respectful and taking care of business in a manner where their customers wanted to come back and do things that most people dread. The quality of work done on my car was poor, and when I brought it to the owner's attention, he suggested I take my review down so they could "rework" the job. Let me be clear: I was only offered a rework on the condition that I remove my honest review -- which is unacceptable and unprofessional. The owner also tried to blame my driving habits for the failure of the neon lights -- even though those same lights have been on my car for over three years without a single issue. He later backpedaled on that claim but still refused to take responsibility or rework the job unless I stayed silent. Based on other reviews, I fully expect the owner to respond to this by pretending he offered to fix the issue -- but again, the truth is that the offer was conditional on me removing my review. That is not real customer service. That is damage control. This seems to be a pattern: dismiss the customer, shift the blame, and avoid accountability. They're quick to take your money but don't stand by their work. I regret ever recommending this place and will be warning others. As someone active in OKC car community groups with over 20,000 members, I'll be letting others know to avoid this shop.
