I don't live near Holland so I called Harbor Wear the week of her birthday and asked if they could ship the blouse to my friend. They were reluctant to charge me shipping for something being delivered in town. I explained that I live far away and fully expected to pay for shipping. The lady I talked to was so nice and helpful. The next day I got a text from my very surprised friend when the owner of the store hand delivered the beautifully wrapped box with the blouse in it! What a great surprise for her and me! Talk about going above and beyond with the customer service. I can't wait to get back to Holland so I can visit Harbor Wear and purchase something for myself. My new favorite shop in Holland.
