I thought it would become less crowded over the years but this location is always crowded even with multiple other options in close proximity. I am happy that they followed through on their survey last year, which has added to why I continue my membership here (though I also live very close so ease of access is number one). The best thing about this gym compared to the other location is that people are here actually working out and there aren't tripods or people recording every step you take. The facility is kept very clean, which after how long it took me to return to gym post pandemic I'm happy with. Some of the staff at times do not seem to want to be there, which is part of why I give it the stars that I do, but I also understand some are just young people trying to make a few dollars. Another reason for 3 stars is that they canceled a cardio dance class that I had been going to for over a year and a half due to low attendance, however not every class is going to reach capacity and if you have members who loyally attend that's a bad move!

Be warned: Edge Fitness's cancellation and billing practices are not transparent, and they rely on technicalities to charge people who are no longer using their services.

It's never crowded, and it's members are all ages and fitness levels - despite being next to UD campus. It's less expensive than most of the other options we explored, and the staff is nice. I feel like people look for different elements and vibes when choosing a gym, but this one is a great fit for us. The only challenge is in getting there more often

I will say that I do think Sara at the front desk gets this as I have seen her great everyone with the same enthusiasm and interest. Customer service is extremely important and worth of mouth is still the most powerful form of marketing; hence why platforms such as Yelp are very important and people take time to post reviews. If you are looking for a good pilates studio I would still recommend whether it's your main focus or you want to add it to your fitness program.
