This bar is a dump, yet they charge like they are a big time establishment. In Billings Montana we…read morehave a law that stipulates no smoking in public areas and you must be at least 20 feet from the door of the establishment. This bar neglects to follow the laws and by all means allows you to smoke right at the open door in the front if the customer area. I spoke up one afternoon, the bartender Lorna ignored this situation, because SHE is a smoker will not let me back in the establishment because I spoke up, I tried to talk to the owners son(jason) cuz he is supposedly the manager and he basically said he doesn't need my business only cause I spoke up. Not only is this against the law, it is downright discrimination to those that choose to be healthy and not smoke cigarettes. I have been spending my money at this place for 35 years. I Will never go to a business that kicks you out because you were following the law which doesn't pertain to this bar evidently. Lots of drug dealing going on too. Believe me, I know! I will not name anybody but it is very prevelent at the Club 90 in Billings, Montana.

A casino adjoins next door, but other than peaking in, I didn't play. One of the dealers stopped over after his work and started chatting with us. Everyone at this place was so nice! I read a couple of negative reviews on here slamming the bartenders, and I don't know what they're talking about or if they even reviewed the right place. Our bartenders Chris and Lacy were great! Both were friendly and funny and constantly attentive to our drinks. Lacy even made a fresh bag of hot popcorn just for me. Which, as you'll see in my photo, comes with 4 different salt toppings so you can customize your popcorn. Winning! Chris made me one of his signature specialty shots, the "red rooster" with tequila and Tobasco and it was delicious! Definitely recommend. Also, the entire bar was spotlessly clean. There wasn't so much as a popcorn kernel on the floor, except for the one that I dropped and then felt awkward. This may sound weird to review, but even the bathrooms were spotless. Most bars like this would have filthy, nasty bathrooms without locks on the doors, no toilet paper, and a mess of paper towels on the floor. Ladies, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Not here. Totally clean everywhere. Perhaps best of all, we sat here for a few hours and racked up 10 or so drinks. Our total tab? $21. Toto, we're not in the big city anymore. So cheap. If I ever find myself back in Billings, I'm definitely stopping in here for happy hour or karaoke, which happens 365 days a year.
