My 2004 Dodge…read moretransmission went down in Weyburn, and the person the Dodge dealer uses wanted almost 7k to just rebuild a built up heavy duty transmission. I called Trent at Gerry's and he informed me that he could do the same thing for around 5k. He tried to see what he had on the shelf, dealt with my repeated phone calls and stupid questions with utmost professionalism, was unable to find what we needed on the shelf and needed my case. Told Trent I would drop it off at 1pm in couple days when the dealer had it out. He said it would be enough time for a quick turnaround but more time may be needed depending on the problem. The transmission arrived at 2:00pm due to traffic and construction. Even though we were late dropping it off, it was ready by 4:30pm the same day painted and looking better than ever. As my truck makes me my money, and pays for my living, a quick turnaround like this is important or I lose money every day without it. Since then I've put 2500km on the transmission and the truck feels brand new, shifts have never felt smoother. Thanks Trent and crew at Gerry's Transmission! After chatting with him afterwards, I found out that Gerry's has been in business for 35 years.
