Recycling? We have to wait two more weeks. So ... they just are not doing this pickup at all. I send a message in to ask for a credit for the week since they aren't running for us at all. I get back "we don't issue credits for delayed service." This is not a service delay! You aren't coming by! Can I reply to the email? Nope. Looks like we are canceling soon as soon as we find another provider. This was after a missed pickup that was not picked up until 6 days later ... yep, one day before the next pickup. We called 5 times to get it to happen. Get better customer service.

They had huge boxes full of ammo brass, computer hard drives, and other interesting stuff. I don't know what Mr. One Star review expected...... It's a recycling company. It's going to smell like what leaks out of hundreds of thousands of cans a day, or out of copper pipes that are being recycled. It adds to the experience. Someone's a bit too sheltered.
