Buddy apologized and was able to give us a estimate of the work that needed to done. Buddy went above and beyond to get the necessary permits for the project. Little did any of us know that the bricks would come tumbling down on the front of my house. The project became an emergency on a Saturday and Buddy & Robert were at our home on Sunday to assure us that everything will be taken care of and that the project would be done in three days. Monday was the clean up of the debris and on Wednesday the project began and on Friday the project was completed I would definitely recommend there services to Family and Friends. The communication of every step that was taken or had to be taken was presented by them both. They were efficient and very responsive. Again Thank you Buddy, Robert and to your workers.

Most definitely a five star operation here. My family and I had no complaints about the job that…read morewas done today. First of all the crew arrived promptly at 8:00AM. We were initially given a window so we were delighted to be the first job of the day. There was a massive tree in our yard. So massive that neighbors finally became annoyed with the overhang of vines and weeds so it had to come down. The crew came prepared with all manner of tree cutting and disposal machinery and tools. The whole system involved several trucks that took up a good portion of the street. These guys were thorough and professional. Several cars had to be moved out of the way one of which was dead. No problem. They jumped it and moved it as well as another for a disabled neighbor and when the job was done they put the cars back in their original spaces. They cleaned constantly throughout the process. Living in a row home meant most of the trunk had to be carried out through the house. They handled that part just as well. Do read your contract, they spell out many specifics like how much of the trunk of our tree could be cut down because it had begun to grow into the fence. This should make clear your expectations. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about Brownwick Construction. My wife and I contracted with…read moreBrownwick to build an addition on the rear of our home (greatly expanding our kitchen), replace all of the flooring on the first floor, fully paint the first floor walls, and re-side the home with new vinyl siding, among other things that were done as part of this project. The work that Brownwick did was nothing short of amazing. This was a large project (for us at least), and there were many pieces that could have gone sideways and derailed things quite easily. Our home is an old house with a lot of quirks, but Rob and Chris kept everything under control. In the end, Brownwick Construction's work blew our expectations away. The icing on the cake was when our town's building inspector came to perform the final inspection on the modified property. He mentioned to me that the quality of the work was outstanding and was some of the best he'd seen. That was not the first time I'd heard that sort of remark from an inspector - throughout the process, various inspectors from our town voiced the same sentiment - from electrical to mechanical to building. It is very difficult to find reliable general contractors this day in age, but if you are looking for a contractor for your upcoming project, you can safely consider your search over. Look no further than Brownwick Construction.
