This business is a laughing joke…read more I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I was referred by TWO different dentists for a root canal and drove 2.5 hours to Eastern Iowa Endodontics because I trusted their expertise. Instead, I was told I didn't need a root canal and only needed a filling. Even more concerning, the doctor told me I never had an infection. The first thing I did after leaving was call my referring dentist. They immediately pulled up my X-rays and confirmed there had been an infection documented. So now I'm left wondering how two referring dentists could identify the same issue, yet this office dismissed it entirely. I wasted an entire day, fuel, and hours of driving only to feel rushed out the door and treated like my concerns didn't matter. I left with more questions than answers and zero confidence in the care I received. I also have serious concerns about what was billed to my insurance for this visit and will be requesting an itemized bill and reviewing it with my insurance company. If anything appears inaccurate, I won't hesitate to report it to the appropriate agencies. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. If you're referred here, don't be afraid to seek a second opinion before accepting what you're told.

They tried to reschedule but were told they would have to check to see if they could still see her. Then they mailed a letter indicating they could no longer be a patient there. How impersonable and inflexible! Life happens, things come up. Maybe try having a policy that if you cancel you still have to pay a certain amount if it's all about your time and money? I've never heard of a place dropping you because you have to reschedule more than ONE time. Try to have some respect that life happens and sometimes people need to reschedule.

AHH. As an adult the word 'dentist' makes my skin crawl. The word 'endodontist' makes me shiver. The words 'root canal' make me want to run away and hide. But alas, endodontic care was necessary and after a consultation at Corridor Endodontics' NL location-- an appointment was set up at their CR location. (Due to the fact my little needed laughing gas to make this even semi possible or bearable. The CR location was the only one that had that.) We came in on a Monday to see Dr. Fisher. Our appointment had some complications but the staff was knowledgable, swift and kept my little guy calm. They really did a great job talking to him, ensuring there were no surprises and working as quickly as they could (as he was kind of a ticking time bomb of anxiety, energy and fear). I appreciated: - Their communication both prior to the appointment (itemized bill discussed prior to the procedure) and afterward. - Super nice location! You can tell this building is newer. I loved the windows throughout. - The song selection in the office. (LOL) But seriously. The doctor was jamming as she worked and there was a token Nickelback song that even got me to take my mind off what was happening to try to remember what in the world that song was. (I, unapologeticlaly, owned that album.) Overall, Corridor Endodontics makes a bad situation ok. I'd 10/10 recommend.
