How impersonable and inflexible! Life happens, things come up. Maybe try having a policy that if you cancel you still have to pay a certain amount if it's all about your time and money? I've never heard of a place dropping you because you have to reschedule more than ONE time. Try to have some respect that life happens and sometimes people need to reschedule.

It is bright and airy and clean, and the staff is out of this world. They seldomly keep you waiting for long, and their billing has always been prompt and correct. Like many, I have a terrible fear of the dentist based on past horrible experiences. At North Liberty Dental, they have taken the time to listen to my concerns, and work to help alleviate my anxiety by being open and honest about what they are doing, and by asking for my feedback at all times. I feel comforted by the experiences I have had at this office. I imagine they'd be great for nervous children as well.

I offered to come on Monday or Tuesday at 5. Nope we can't do. Would you refund me the first visit. Nope we can't do, It is like playing a game of "Mother May I". In 62 years, a dentist has never, not once rescheduled, let alone for an internal business meeting. I have had dentists come in after hours for a root canal. When a judge tells me to be in court, I don't look in my schedule book, and say, gee, judge, you are going to have to reschedule. They are supposed to be PROFESSIONALS!!! NOTE: I checked with a long dentist I had in another college town. I was informed than other than patient emergencies and a dentist getting sick, they have not in their memory (which is long) rescheduled on a patient. I suspected as much. Not sure what to do now, since they won't refund the first visit.

Had an infection hit full force over the weekend, and got ahold of Hart Dentistry's after hours number. 9:00 this morning they had me in and I'm now one tooth and one massive infection less.. and so far feeling much better already! I was really really anxious. I was straight back to a girl who showed me my insurance benefits and I made the payment. Then I walked back and looked over the beautiful pond. They were pretty efficient to get me right to sleep which I was thankful for. I woke up and they wheeled me to the car where my guest picked me up. I was thankful for their care and I was mostly pain free.
