Frame & Save saved my life! Well... at least my career…read more I've been creating art every single day for nearly 11 years, and my career is finally taking off in a big way. I had a very large (48"x60") painting with an existing custom frame (3" in each direction). And I had a once in a lifetime opportunity this coming weekend... all I have to do is get the painting to Utah. The problem is that the frame was cheaply made in Mexico (where I was previously living), and it barely made the move to Ohio.... There is no way that you could ship this thing, or even drive it. Not to mention, the gaps that existed between the various pieces of the frame looked horrible as you looked at it from up close. This was simply embarrassing, as it's going to the highest profile client I've ever had in my life. Literally, this is everything I've been working for... I had the right painting, the right client, but the frame was in bad shape... and I had extremely little time to do anything about it. I called Frame & Save, and tried to explain... They gave me the owner's cell phone, and I texted a quick video. She said that it's an easy fix, come on in. They were friendly, helpful, and got my frame fixed up in just a few short hours. I've got to say-- their name is not misleading. I almost felt that I was taking advantage of them, because the price was so low! Thank you Frame & Save --- thanks to you my painting is no longer an embarrassment, and it can now make the journey to my career making opportunity that I've worked so hard to get. I really didn't think anyone would be able to help me in my insanely short timeframe... and I most certainly did not expect a price that wouldn't break my bank... but this team did both, with class! By the way... I chose them because they had the highest number of 5 star reviews... I was putting my career in their hands.... And now it's clear why they have so many stars (one more, in fact).

There are several branches of this store around Cincinnati, but we chose this location because it has the largest selection of Charley Harper art. For those unfamiliar with Charley Harper, he was a famous artist who trained and did a lot of his work in the Cincinnati area. A lot of his work focused on wildlife and was done in a modernist style. This location carried a wide variety of products in Charley Harper and the Harper Family art line. In addition to some beautiful prints, there were also items like puzzles, ornaments, stationary, and a lot more. We spent a lot of time just looking at everything. It wasn't hard to locate - as soon as you walk through the door, there are floor to ceiling framed prints to check out. In addition to Charley Harper's work, we also saw a number of Edie Harper (his wife)'s work too. This is a good place to go if you are a Charley Harper fan or if you are shopping for one. Service was satisfactory - the employees didn't hover but were available if you had questions or needed help.
