I tried to get some information about a trip…read moreI had booked up - and paid for All I wanted to know was what time the trip was set to leave -because one place on their site stated it leaving at 9:45, and in another place it was set for 8:15 -- both departure places and date the same. I had tried on three separate occasions to reach someone by phone: a Friday(once), the following Monday (twice). After receiving no reply to my calls, and knowing absolutely nothing about the reputation of this company, I began to feel something was not right., so decided to visit their office - which turned out to be merely a post office box drop. This latter fact, while not a problem by itself, but coupled with the non-response to my calls, made me very uneasy. I returned home and tried once more to reach someone by phone. On the second try, the phone was answered . I started to explain that I had left numerous messages, but had received no response, so decided to visit the address given on their site. With that, this person immediately lost it, screaming at me for going to their "place of business". He would not let me explain why I was concerned about getting no call-back, but continued to rant across my voice, even though I shouted over his voice to try to get him to just listen to me. He just kept screaming about why had I visited their premises (mail box ). He went on and on (and on) without letting me say one word -- and by the way, I never did get the chance to ask for the information I had originally called about -- did the trip leave at 9:45 or at 8:15 ? I managed to understand over his bullying temper tantrum that he was inordinately fixated on the fact that I had visited the premises --WHY??? He carried on like this for several minutes before he hung up the phone. So, while I can say nothing about the quality of their actual trips, (because I never got the chance to sample them), if the experience I had in simply trying to talk to them, I strongly recommend that you do not contact them by phone or, God forbid, admit that you visited their premises (mail drop). If the same "prima donna" male answers you, hang up just as fast as you can :-)

I ended up processing three rolls of film, at around $15 each, and they were able to email me a Google Drive link where I could download them. The Mamaroneck Station is pretty basic for a Metro North Station. It's got ticket machines, ramps…read moreto go under the track, and even a restaurant. I wish it had a way to park for an hour, because when I pick up Lee from here (to head some place over in this area) there isn't a really good explanation for where short-term parking is. All there seems to be is parking for the restaurant, or 12-hour meters, which is overkill for waiting for 15-30 minutes. It's otherwise pretty ok.

Every week i walk or get a ride to this station. Most of…read morethe time it's on time but if it's cold it will come late. For the most part the station is clean. Coming from NYC when you get off you have a bunch of taxi's waiting to take you home. There's bike parking and places to park your scooters. The parking lot is on the going to NYC side. There is a tunnel under the train to get you from one side to the other. The ticket dispenser is on the parking lot side. Late at night when i'm coming home from the city i will see a lady sitting inside sleeping. My friend says she's a local person and she's homeless. But she never seems to bother anybody, so i guess they leave her alone.
