When I called, I worked with Steve, and he answered all of my questions and quickly coordinated with my tenant to identify and resolve the issue. Steve called me with the issues he identified once on site and an approximate quote before proceeding to fix them. All issues were resolved and verified and after the work was done, I quickly received an itemized bill and was able to pay it online easily through their payment service. I highly recommend this responsive, professional company. They proved their merit first transaction and they will be permanent part of my team.

I dropped off an old Samsonite carry-on luggage as the locks were intact yet had no key. Spoke to…read more'Jordan' upon dropping off over two weeks ago; he stated he would have to make a key...cool. I told him I didn't need it immediately. I called the store yesterday, was told 'Jordan' would call me back to update me on the progress and got no return call. Stopped in the store today. 'Jordan' had excuse upon excuse...he hadn't gotten around to making a key. He was rude and disrespectful. He didn't like hearing my complaint regarding his not doing the job as promised when I brought the luggage in and didn't like that I protested against being ignored by this company. He then said that he WOULD NOT work on my luggage at all. This terrible man is a disgrace to this company. I would not do business with this guy again.
