It was well worth the research. I called and a left a message and received a returned call immediately. I spoke with Brian the owner and explained the issues and situation, he was patient, and respectful, with excellent customer service. Brain scheduled a certain time to send Jim his technician out the same day. GREAT! Jim called thirty minutes before arrival time to let us know that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he introduced himself; I explained as best as I could and showed him our air conditioner. Jim examined the air conditioner and was very explicit with pointing out each detail what the problems were. I could see that it was (TWO MANY). I can confidently say this company met our expectations with their attention to detail and commitment to QUALITY and VALUE. We met Brian the owner in person, who reiterated about the history of the small company he owns, which we had already read. Brian the owner delivered exactly what was promised the same day. The quality, service, VALUE, and the overall experience has made us happy. Blake called within minutes after our call ended with the answering service to come out for an after-hours service call. He came out a little after 12:30 am to help us for a minimal charge. He didn't have the part we needed, but he was able to keep it going until he could come back later in the day to install the part. Blake was professional, friendly and efficient getting the work done. The price for the part and service was very reasonable. We appreciated his honesty and not trying to upsell us a new unit. So I'm being charged about $350 for them to replace a $15 capacitor. They never sent me a bill; this is my rental unit in Navarre and they charged me another $11.36 in late fees for a bill I never received. Unacceptable!
