No AI here - I can write. We moved into our new house a…read morecouple months ago. There were pretty awful blinds in my space, nearly all were broken & all were ugly, so I was determined to replace them asap. I carefully read reviews for companies that supplied blinds & shades but noticed that some were, shall we say, shady. Made contact with 2 companies, had 2 salesmen from one place vying aggressively but the one guy who showed up was only offering me more dumb vinyl blinds, despite my expressing interest in roman shades. He actually told me that I didn't want those. Really? Mansplaining my tastes? Offer no options? Did I look stupid? I had also responded to ES Home Textiles Studio's offer for an estimate. When both Erika & Sara showed up to offer options, take the measurements, talk price, exactly on time, they also took the time to notice my color palette. I am an artist & color is so important to me! The light in our new house very much weighed in on my choices. While Erika took the measurements, Sara took pics of the art & colors I surround myself with, she noticed the light, we talked color, textures, weights & then she afterwards sent me a lot of samples that coordinated with my aesthetic. After I looked thru them all, took time to give them a feel, I asked for some more samples with different patterns & overnight I had an even more extensive palette to choose from (they didn't want them returned so I gave them to my granddaughters to make doll clothes). Actually made choices harder - I loved that! - but I found my colors, patterns & textures & we were off. Excellent communication from ES, one very minor delay, but their installers put everything in place when they said they would, exactly as they said they would & I am beyond pleased. The installers were prompt, great communication, followed all instructions, offered to move all the furniture back in place as well. They provided what I really wanted, in a good timeframe, for a reasonable price. I now feel like I have some art on my windows - they gave me the options & service I hoped for! You want professional? They are professional.

Our house is 50 years old, and for the first time, we recently had water in the basement. He diagnosed it, came the next day, and replaced the original drainage system. Wonderful to work with!

I felt the need to write this review, although technically Greg and I have never done business. In…read morethe recent round of rain storms, my sump pump stopped working as it is supposed to, and I ended up with about 5 inches of groundwater in the basement. I was able to get the sump pump working again, but 3 days after it stopped raining, I was still getting a lot of water in the pit. I found a sticker for Contractors Waterfproofing, and figured they might of installed the system for the old owners, so I gave them a call. From the moment he picked up Greg was service oriented and responsive. He asked for my address to look up the job, and when he couldn't find it, he called back within 5 minutes to ask what was going on. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me that was normal for my part of town, and told me I just needed to replace the pump and I would be fine. He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, but I told him I would do the work myself since I am capable. He then answered a ton of questions about the install, and we had a great conversation about life and how my son could maximize his potential long-term, as he is currently a plumbers apprentice. The bottom line is that the system Greg installed 20 years ago is still working perfectly, and when the pump failed, he not only gave me a fair price, but then walked me through how to do the job myself. This is unheard of in 2025. Greg will get all my business going forward. Thank you.

I just called the google assist number to speak to Paul who could not put me through to Mark the business owner. He was unavailable. Paul denied they contacted me as well. I have a text thread that I am uploading as proof that I spoke to the business - IT ALSO VERIFIES EVERYTHING IN MY ORIGINAL REVIEW THAT THE BUSINESS OWNER MARK reported as a fraudulent review. Please see the inconsistencies in the business owners response. This was not fraud. I was not creating harmful content against a random business. This interaction took place. I do not create false reviews. All my reviews come from legitimate interactions with the actual business being reviewed.

We have just completed our third project with this company, a new kitchen. They have previously…read moredone three bath rooms for us. In the last case, we purchased the cabinetry for the kitchen through the company. The company in each case served as the general contractor on the project with overall responsibility for hiring and supervising the contractors, making sure they were there when they were supposed to be and supervising the quality of the work. They hired high quality people to do the work and were very helpful in both the design of the kitchen and in working with us to control the costs. Whenever we did have a problem, either during construction or any minor issues that came up after they completed their work, they saw to it that it was quickly corrected. I would unreservedly recommend Euphoria Kitchen and Bath.

Hank Johnson, owner of Stone Artistry, came out personally to assess our situation and sent us an estimate the next morning. We appreciated his vast knowledge of his craft as he took stock of our situation. It's obvious that he has decades of experience under his belt. Hank has a good sense of humor and is a very personable. He made us feel at ease and that we could trust his assessment of things. His communication was consistent and responsive both by email and text. He kept us updated about where progress on the job stood and what we could expect moving forward. His crew was courteous and kept the job-site organized and tidy. At one point Hank noted to us that the wall required more attention to shore it up and avoid faster deterioration down the road. His added estimate was fair and he made it very clear as to why the additional work was needed. Hanks' crew not only repaired the portion of the wall and made it look really good- but they cleaned the surface of the entire wall and removed sand and dirt that had accumulated at its base. There were many larger pieces of flagstone and other rocks that didn't get used in the repair job and Hank's crew left all of that on premises - which felt very honest! We will absolutely hire them again in the future.
