I ended up trying all 5 of their meats on tacos. They had beef asada, pork carnitas, al pastor, barbacoa, and chicken. Corn tortillas are a must for me and cilantro/onions are a necessity. What was surprising was also their red/green salsas. Both made in house, the green was a little spicy and fresh, while the red was smoky and complex. Then to wash it all down, I had their refreshing horchata as well. Tacos La Bamba seems like a Beaumont staple. They had a good lunch crowd with quick service. The interior is very colorful with a beautifully painted "Dia de los Muertos" animal theme. I will 100% come back whenever I'm in Beaumont again, cheers! PS.
