Re: Westbrook & Westbridge Manor Communities.
Hello: If I could give them a Zero that would have been done.
If you are looking for a manufactured home, I must say you have to watch your back!
We have been to all (Yes communities) Looking on Realtor.com and MH Village.com and found a home(s) to checkout. Well, you are in for a big surprise!
The listings you find on MH Village Realtor.com and most other sites are just ads, never been available, been sold, or have offers on homes without park approvals. "Racial Profiling"
When we find a home that we would like to purchase; (Ready to offer to buy that home and put an $5,000 holding check) there response; "You; have to attain Park Approval before you can make an office on that home" while others have made offers without park approval! "Racial Profiling"
We filled out the applications for two of their communities but elected not to deliver them.
Comments:
OK the application fees range depends which community you are at Ranges: $ 45. one $90.Two occupants some Yes Communities
Ranges: at Meadow Creek; under their check list; Item 4; $40., and another application Fee, under Item 5; $100. - No continuity.
The Wokeness* that Yes Communities has:
Serving in Vietnam with US Air Force and the US Marines is something else!
This to me implies that Yes Communities are not the place to checkout. Both my spouse and I we put them with; Quality Homes, some Sun Communities, and Zemen Homes.
Summary:
There appears to have no continuity, no customer service, no professionalism I would stay away from Yes Communities and go somewhere else to find you home you are looking for. read more
