All good my husband has been using the cc for many things and whoops it was declined she calls back and we immediately transfer the quoted amount onto a prepaid card and in return she try's to take 53.00 more than the quoted amount and calls us back saying we don't fit in in there building because now she has has 2 cc declined. Speechless my husband hangs up Omg did she give us the right amount no!! Did not even give us the opportunity to rectify the rite amount on our pre paid which would have been done in 30 seconds or less So we are left empty handed with no storage and if I am not mistaken illegal action taken by the company of charging a non agreed upon charge on a persons cc I'll figure it out but after I cool down as to who to call for illegal transaction of a credit card!! This means paying 13 times per year in stead of 12, a sneaky extra 9% per year. Where is the 'convenience'? And they reserve the right to increase the fee, dependent on 'market conditions'. "How do you determine market conditions?", I asked. They gave no answer. I asked around some more and stored my stuff at National Storage, a pleasant experience. I paid the same fee for the whole period I was there.

It wasn't too far from the wedding hall we rented over on old vernon road so VERY convenient to hall stuff to once the event was over. Then we could visit the locker as we had to time to re-organize contents and return borrowed items or sell items using kijiji. It was the perfect amount of space and had very large garage style doors so it was easy to move large furniture in and out. Their security system was great and I felt good about leaving our items in their compound.
