This means paying 13 times per year in stead of 12, a sneaky extra 9% per year. Where is the 'convenience'? And they reserve the right to increase the fee, dependent on 'market conditions'. "How do you determine market conditions?", I asked. They gave no answer. I asked around some more and stored my stuff at National Storage, a pleasant experience. I paid the same fee for the whole period I was there.
